SamSon Automotive was established in Goshen, Indiana in June of 1999. The company was founded by the Sam Sweeden Family with the following criteria.   

• Family Business… The Company will be owned and  operated as a family business with the primary goal to create an environment where all customers are treated like a loyal family member.

All purchases are handled by a dedicated, experienced, friendly family owner from greeting to delivery. No multiple managers with tricks or gimmicks to negotiate with. The SamSon team has over 100 years of combined experience in the retail sales and services areas of the automobile business. Sam Sweeden’s Automotive career began in 1968 as an Automotive salesman in Ottumwa, Iowa.  Sam has personally been responsible for selling over 12,000 Car’s, Pickup’s, Mini-Van’s and SUV’s in his 40 years of business.   Friend or Foe, when residents of Michiana talk about the Automotive Business, Sam’s name is synonymous. Sam started at the bottom and with hard work, enthusiasm, sacrifice, a loving wife and a Patient, Loving God, Sam became a General Motors Franchise Dealer in his home town of Centerville, Iowa by the age of  30. Sam has been married to his lovely wife over 46 years and they have four children and 12 Grandchildren. Sam’s daughter Juli, her husband Clint Emberton, and their son Chris along with Sam’s twin son’s Tom and Tim Sweeden are the working partners of SamSon Automotive.  These family team members bring over 100 years of Automotive Sales and Service experience to every Customer transaction.
